1) your claim about them being from different countries makes them (likely) cleared of MULTIS, but not SD. SD can be discussed outside game chat in PM, LC, etc.

2) you make no sense.. You say he has 3 "reports" full of BS.. Now you're trying to say you were talkin about game chat or something? No..

If you have nothing of validity to say, stick to what you know.. That's just my advice bubb..

Agreed that Frox333 is off tangent as the report is SD rather than Multis...
Do agree tho that you should always ask for English in game chat or for an almost simultaneous translation to be posted...those pps saying google translator can do it all for you don't factor in speed games etc or when players don't have time to waste searching for translation before their own turns. What CC rules say and what CC rules do are not always the same thing tho....this whole area of "speaking in tongues" needs to be tidied up....maybe just a warning and a FIRM ruling that non-english is only okay with the consent (or at least game chat posted request for consent) from ALL players....good luck with it tho....

Could the OP have google translated it? Sure, just the same as the accused should have read the rules before playing. Maybe they don't know the rule even exists, so just informing them will probably be enough
