Just checking in. It looks like Dexter is a bad guy this game and there is another killer out there. I can't tell if either of them are part of a group, but based on the show, and the death of another SK, I doubt it.

Why don't you try to explain this? Dexter is a killer, and may well have WC contrary to some townies, but his goal is most likely the same as the towns, end threats (SKs)

See BG's explanation. In season 2, the cops and FBI (led by Lundy) were trying to catch Dexter. The other killer might be Lila, his psychotic girlfriend. She set her apartment on fire at some point during the season.

Well jonty clearly was lying about being VT. I'm pretty sure it's another NV game as both players who were NKed were not vanilla.

I'm not sure Dexter isn't part of town. Even though he is the bay harbor butcher he only kills bad guys and if remember correctly (watched it a couple years ago) the butcher became a bit of a cult hero in miami.

the other kill was most likely his pyro friend that he met in AA.

There definitely appears to be a busdrive.

Unless anybody has some real intel I'm going to follow saf's lead and vote BGtheBrain because of the vt claim

Yesterday, I preferred a lynch of BG over jonty. However, today that seems like something that's pretty weak and silly. Just jumping to the conclusion of a non-VT game after 3 deaths? I'm sorry, but I just can't buy that. If you have something on BG, then it would be different, but going for a lynch simply based on assumptions that there isn't a VT in the game is preposterous at this point.

So, the line of actions go:

1. saf votes BG with ridiculous reasoning
2. thechuck follows immediately for no real reason other "to follow saf's lead"
3. LSU votes for the same weak reasoning saf showed

I don't know which of you is the scummiest, but this is all very scummy, IMO. And clearly, I'm not just on BG's side. I put him at L-1 yesterday.

Humh. Well I was wrong yesterday about VTs. Not really sure how I want to roll with this. I still think that Dexter does not need to be found and killed, and that Epi can't have him alive to win. However, it is moot right now.

I also agree that it's a bit premature to conclude that this is a non-VT game. Although I think it's weird for the captain to be VT, BG's claim was too bizarre to be anti-town.

LSU continues to contribute minimally and cast votes without more than a sentence of explanation (sometimes not even that). I think he's worthy of some pressure, but a hurricane hitting New Orleans is about as good of a reason not to have internet as I've ever seen. I think we'd do well to review this after Isaac has passed and he would be around to properly explain himself.

I suppose Dexter could just be a vigilante, since he's the protagonist of the show. However, I'm surprised our vig would be out killing people on N1 when we didn't get any solid leads from D1 (maybe he's overeager?). If there was any season in which Dexter's interests don't align with the rest of the town, it would be season 2 when the entire police department is trying to catch him.

You only knew he was SKer after the fact. Don't try to take credit for something you had no idea about at the beginning.

We had a town watcher die as well as flavor investigator/one-shot cop. If we have a game where there are one-shot abilities besides JOAT, then I'm inclined to believe that it's NV. Add the fact that there were 2 NK's last night plus one SKer that we managed to take out early, by necessity, we need to be NV for town to have a fighting chance. Consider also this being a 13 person game, whereas if this were a 20-25 person game, we could have just had bad luck and lost a couple of power roles.

Incidentally, I don't see any more legitimate cases besides a rapid reaction to mine. Where is my logic off here? The numbers don't add up, especially considering the roles that were killed so far and the number of kills. Besides the whole "safari is wrong" angle, I challenge you guys to come up with an explanation of why you think it's a vanilla game.

BG lay off of Saf. You are just making yourself look like a fool. VTs are not supposed to play the way you have, and you are in this mess because you made it yourself. You are supposed to drop town power tells and get yourself killed, not claim D1 to "clear" another foolish VT (that's what you thought you were doing at least)

The case against you is simple. You have been scummy and foolish. Color confusion, other "VTs" have lied, bangwagoning, tossing your vote around, and OMGUS. There is also little reason to assume this is a vanilla game, due to the past game and the roles we have seen so far.

I wasn't going to pursue you today, but it is clear you have no interest in helping the town further, and this will not be resolved without your death.
