No. When someone drops out I have to go through all their games and deduct any wins against them. Otherwise it would not be fair on those players that don't have a chance of a win once they have dropped out.
If you look through my list of scores you will see the ones where I have deducted wins.
bpack88 has been kicked out for not responding to invites. All the players that had won against him have therefore been deducted a point. The corrected table after round 28 results are as follows:
Totals up to and including Round 34 are detailed on the thread. Asbks still leads on 21 from Wizz00 on 20 and Bruceswar, Clacie and Marshallbobby on 19.

There are only 10 completed games yet 17 people lost a point? I am really not following your scoring system? Call me dumb but I am just not getting it.

(we have had 15 replacements, so it has not been easy to keep track!)
Makes sense now. It sucks for you that so many have dropped out and for the players who beat those players to lose wins. Thanks for keeping up with it all!
Not surprising really as there seems to have been a long delay; so when it was finally declared in need of rescue, several players had lost heart. Once we got going again, all but a couple have stayed and taken up their games promptly - which is not always the case.
