Hi i have just finished a fog speed game in which barfield gave away my position to the other player because he was losing , he refused to accept that doing that was against the rules of a fog game and claimed it was allowed i said i would i would report this and this didn't seem to bother him. His actions cost me the game

The accused are suspected of:
Severe PM Abuse
revealing my position in a fog game to the other player in the game because he was losing
The only thing you could say he is accused of is severe pm abuse, and there is no evidence presented. As spiesr said, its not against the rules, but I believe he is able to get a warning for severe pm abuse if enough evidence is present.
