The primary contacts are asked to create games and send invites to players in advance of each set (by Sunday no later than midnight CC time). If the deadline is not met then the Division Director will create Random games (Esc, Chained, Sunny) and will randomly invite players from the clan's preliminary player list (provided at the start of the season).
PM to their Division Directors the players, maps and settings for their home games If the deadline is not met then the Division Director will create Random games (Esc, Chained, Sunny) and will randomly invite players from the clan's preliminary player list (provided at the start of the season). Once details are sent to the Division Director there will be no changes allowed.
A list of home game numbers, maps and settings ust be sent by PM by the home clan to the Division Director and away clan first contact no later than Monday night midnight CC time. Failure to make this post will result in the Division Director randomly selecting two of the offending clan's away games in that round, and randomly assigning players to these two games from the clan's provisional list of players (the other away games will be assigned players as per the First Contact's list).
If invites for home games are not sent and accepted by Wednesday (no later than midnight CC time), then the Division Director will send invites to random members of the clan failing to join on time. If these invites are not accepted (no more than two invites will be sent) then the offending clan will not be able to win the game in question for league purposes (assuming a replacement player joins at a later time). If they do win, then the game will be declared a draw. If both clans failed to accept Division Director invites then the game will deemed to be a draw/tie. In these circumstances, if games are still played, they may still count towards other statistics, such as ranking systems.
The primary contacts are also asked to send invites for their players by Friday no later than midnight CC time. If the deadline is not met the Division Director will randomly invite players from the clan's preliminary player list.
If invites for away games are not sent and accepted by Saturday (no later than midnight CC time), then the Division Director will send invites to random members of the clan failing to join on time.
Players no longer members of a clan should not appear on the clan's home or away lists, or their list of 10 provisional players (an update can be sent to the League Directors). If such a player appears on a home or away list or is randomly selected as a replacement player by the Division Director, then this will count as a missed invite, with the Division Director then randomly inviting an eligible player from the potential player list.
Any and all questions regarding this Phase and Division should be sent to the Division Directors.
There were 2 games in round 1 where invites were not excepted on the SOH end. Unfortunately the player list used to generate random invites was not updated with the updates notified in the last rounds thread. On a more positive note round 2 games are all out and filling, I will keep a closer eye on my end this time.....
Open the hyperlink in a new tab or window, then copy and paste the rest.
For some reason (or possibly a bunch of reasons), the url tags don't work with this.
