Yeah, but since it's all as unofficial as possible, I didn't think it'd be that big a deal if I dropped in on the fun. Hope I didn't offend anyone. I have no problem taking back my callout if TT asks me to.

So far 2 halved matches and mine is just about halved too.

the other 3 games are finely balanced. and looks like there will be a maximum of 1 point between the teams going into the afternoon fourballs. the fog will have lifted by the afternoon!

barring a dead golfer, that will indeed be the match score after round 1. the key match being a win by Seechster & Whakamole who took advantage of an airshot by one of the europeans to secure teh point. still all to play for.

Yeah this is a fun event & a good idea. I think it's just that those of us active in clans are used to a well maintained clickable war thread. I'm happy there is obvious interest and enthusiasm for this kind of international event and It seems to show potential for a well organised world cup. That is something that I for one would get behind in a big way...

As far as the match so far, the Irish pairing will be looking for revenge in the next games after a disappointing first round. On this continent we save the best 'til last.

You're absolutely right, Conchobar. I thought if this was active already, I would've seen some links. Anyway, it doesn't mind. I'll withdraw my callout for now, because this is whole own event. I like the set-up a lot though, you should do this more often and invite the team I mentioned, Tin Trumpet. I'm sure others will appreciate it as well.

i may do, but its my busiest time of year coming up at work, and i tell you, its hard work doing this with no tournament privs. the setting up of games is a real bitch to do. i may do something in january. ill get in touch then!
