This tourney intstead will run with 48 players, and Arya as a reserve (I'll only use them in Round 1).
Round 1: 48 contestants in 12 groups of 4. With the 12 winners advancing plus the 4 highest scoring losers. Round 2: 16 contestants in 4 groups of 4. Winner goes through. Round 3 (Final): 4 finalists.

I do have a time limit but I'll enforce it when 2/3 in games are finished.

Mande1992, is the first person to book their seat in the second round with a score of 26 points and no passes. Is there a spot for highest scoring loser Pixar? With a score of 23 points and 2 passes he has set the bar for the lucky loser's positions.

Doest 23 points/3 passes beat 23 points/2 passes?
It's not decided whether I'll go to the second round or not, but can we please have a coded round limit?
I'm not sure how a manual round limit would be enforced? I don't want to be stuck with games that spans over years.

No it's the LEAST amount of passess.
I'll set a deadline of one week for people to get games finished or I'll manually work out winners based on troops, regions . If there's fog, then I'll declare it a however-many-way draw and split the points up evenly.

On 12/11/12 at 1600 GMT I will declare all games as over. I'll manually work out winners based on troops, regions . If there's fog, then I'll declare it a however-many-way draw and split the points up evenly.

Why didn't you just put round limits on the games. This is not a fair way to do it, because the games are not at the same number of rounds. Also, what criteria are you going to use to determine the winners?
