Comments: I'm normally fairly tolerant about this sort of thing, but this one has bugged me. They guy has rated me 1-1-1 with a tag of 'clueless' just because he's a sore loser. I walled him a few days ago to ask him to withdraw but nothing. So here's the C&A report I promised him.

Just checked out the ratings he's left for others and it would seem that he's a serial abuser.

Not quite true actually Andy27, you foe'd me just after I walled you the other day.

and just in case he deletes it and accuses me of being abusive to him. Here it is.

Andy27, please either remove the false ratings you've left for me or I will raise a C&A report for ratings abuse. Soft or hard, up to you ?????
