There's no other explanation for why Keith doesn't attack Nepal or Indochina, he's letting Richard get extra troops when he could EASILY stop it from happening.

They have only ever played in two games together. The one listed Game 12067170 and this one Game 12039672.

I can see someone bringing up a case in a game where someone isn't breaking bonuses and then deadbeats, but I would think it would need to happen on a much broader scale to be able to prove it was actually malicious.

Agreed, but Hollowman, the guy who posted this complaint, deadbeated from the game before richard187, just for clarification.
