How is it obvious open/shut case? They could just be friends or related. They both win games. If one was winning every game then I might agree with the multi charge. No chat and quick turns support my friends or relatives theory. Plus they joined at the same time. Just seems weird if they were multis that they would play themselves and not have one win all the games. What would be the point?

karvakera and leopeoleo are CLEARED of being multi's.
Just because someone plays the same person doesn't make them a multi. It looks like a couple of friends or family.
