Game 12219723 Skippy and Daddy victorious (lucky) - trench mode in Anarctica - yikes! it's like walking in 2 feet of snow with a big ball tied around your ankle! anyway there were lots of fireworks with skippy being taken by surprise South Pole attack but the PIG's left the screen backdoor on the igloo open just long enough for Daddy to bring a rainbow worth of reinforcements

This war just started, yet some results are coming in already! So far it's two wins for RA and 1 win for The Pigs.

RA has won two dubs: Antarctica & Dark Continent.

The Pigs have won a dub: Austro-Hungarian Empire.

All the games in Round 3 seem to already indicate winner. Things are pretty even so far.

A closer look has RA winning by a pretty wide margin. We're going to have to stick our snouts a little deeper in the mud to get to the good stuff!!

I still see it being relatively even. I have made some predictions though. Out of all the games, so far it looks like 9 swing in favor of RA, 6 swing in favor of The Pigs, and 18 are still undecided. This also doesn't include the singles games, which we still have to make. RA will be ready to make theirs tomorrow.

I have to say that I'm not liking how the scoring is being updated here. Gunn, if you are going to give The Pigs credits for wins, before they have actually won the game, then you should do the same for RA.

The actual score right now should read Pigs (4) RA (2).

Where do you get this Pigs (6) RA (2) from? If you're going to factor in 2 games that The Pigs haven't won yet, then you might as well credit RA with the three remaining Pearl Harbor games.

However, I would prefer for you to wait until a game is actually finished, from both sides.

I just realized that it is possible that Gunn is doing the scoring by points, instead of by wins. I keep forgetting that the ACC Cup is determined by the most number of points. If that is the case Gunn, then please disregard my prior post.

Also, Gunn can you please put points somewhere on the tittle, so I won't forget that its the points being calculated.

When I see the number within the parenthesis, I think it means number of wins.

The score in the title is correct, Violet. If I was counting games that weren't yet finished I would would put a little indicator by the game. And why would I care to only count the games that were in our favor? The only score that matters is the final one.

And I don't get where the attitude is coming from. I put in a public post that you guys were stomping us right now despite the close score.

There is no reason to put "points" in the title. The score is the score. All of the ACC games for two years have been scored this way.

Well that's interesting because in the two years that RA has been in the ACC cup, I always put the number of wins in the title, as that was much easier for me to calculate. Someone else did the points total or me. It didn't seem to be a big deal of how I did it in the title, because the final score was indeed based on points.

I think putting whether it was number of games won, or number of points would make things more clear, especially for me. However, it's your choice how you want to post it. Now that I understand, I will respect that.

As far as where my "attitude," is coming from, I don't see my post being nearly as harsh and dramatic as you and your squad are making it out to be. Second, I do tell you to disregard the post later on. Third, I think if anyone felt bothered that the clan they were playing against wasn't showing the score correctly, that they would bring it to attention. Also, they probably wouldn't be stating it in an "overly sweet" kind of tone. Likewise, when you felt that I was accusing you of manipulating the score, you weren't exactly happy about it either. Same exact thing.

That is actually not accurate from my point of view. In my current predictions I have The Pigs winning 11 games and RA winning 8. 14 games are still open and aren't swinging towards any particular side as of yet. And I have never heard anything from either side about how horrible a game has been

Well, the outcome of a war would be a public result in itself. Simply factual. However, I don't believe that RA is winning quite as much as The Pigs may have you believe. It's interesting how we see it so differently. From my point of view, we are struggling in quite a few games, and trying to turn things around.

Wow, I never knew that Violet was a guy's name. But other than strangely mixing up my gender, you hit the nail straight on the head. Imagine my mindset: of course I would feel slighted if I felt that the clan I was playing against was giving themselves more wins than they actually had, without doing the same for the other clan. I want the score to be as fairly represented as possible. I am sure that we all do.

Then, yes I was embarrassed when I realized my mistake. Which is I made a subsequent post admitting my possible misunderstanding, and telling Gunn to disregard my first post. Seems like no one even bothered to read it... If so, this would be a non-issue.
