Comments: Siminge has made comments in chat that he is bored and game is dull. Round 38 Siminge deployed all his troops on one territory and commenced suicide then reinforced gained territory with all available troops and threatens suicide in chat at end of turn. The outcome weakens Green's defense and puts Blue in a better position.

Red is obviously frustrated over the game and all he can do right now is make threats to anyone that is near to him. He has nothing to lose because he is the weakest player right now. Maybe he thought that he could use the game chat to intimidate all of you in leaving him alone. He threatened blue before you and pointed out that yellow is the player that needs to be weakened.
He attacked you in Mexico in order to gain a zone bonus. If he let you stay in Mexico and the game continued to be like that, he probably got himself cornered between you and blue. It was a risk that he had to take in hopes that he could also build up or have a free space to move if he wants to stay in this game in a competitive manner.
