I will need 24 players minimum. I will wait about 2 weeks and I hope I will have much more players signing up.(Freemiums can join - 2 spots needed)
No reserves, if somebody doesn't accept the invitations within 48h his opponent wins.
Every player will choose a home map and a setting for Spoils and Special gameplay. The other settings are shown below.
All the players will start with 3 lives ♥♥♥ .Each round each player will play 2 games. One at his home map and one away. If he wins at his home map he goes to next round, else he loses a life. If he wins at away map he makes his opponent lose a life and this counts as a kill.
If a player loses his 3 lives he is eliminated. The winner of the tournament will be the last player that will remain with at least one life. If ALL the players lose their home map games at the same round, nobody loses a life and ALL the games will be repeated.
Each round i will shuffle the player list using random.org and I will create the matches following the pattern below:
Player1 - Player2
Player2 - Player3
....
PlayerN - Player1
A General Achievement Medal will be awarded to the player who will count the most wins at his opponent's home maps (away games).
If more than one player has the same number of wins, then i will use the tie-braker rules below, to choose one player.
1. Number of kills (Wins at away maps)
2. Number of home wins
3. Fastest win at an away map (smaller number of rounds)
4. Second fastest win at an away map
5. So on
If all the above are the same then random.org will decide
