Getting all the info done once would be the chore that finding a volunteer for it would be the hard part, but I am sure you would find many willing volunteers for that part. After that, it would come down to each dept head to keep it up to date with names. Not exactly hard to delete a name and put a new one in.

But you are right, it might not be the best solution, but as an interim solution till something more permanent can be found or even implemented, it might go a long way with the players.

Most of the mods would be able to write their own stuff. In the case of TDs, the info is already written. Then we would just need need someone to create the topic and paste in the information. The admin, globals, and team leaders could probably glance at it and make sure everything is in place.

I see no reason why this cannot be done. If you want, I can do it this week. Show it to whomever and then get it posted in GD.

Works for me. I'll cross link it here in an announcement (and maybe other mods will do the same in their forum). I'd just run it by RDS when you get it worked out. I'm not even sure you have to do that, but might as well.

koontz1973 wrote:Why not make the list in general discussion and sticky the thread with all of the mods categories, names and colours in it. The we can all come along and post what we do there. That would seem to be a very simple thing to do without having to try and get changes made from higher ups.

koontz1973
has put in quite a bit of effort in the mod forum to make this happen. It's almost done. And it looks pretty awesome, IMO.

While the admin figure out what is going on, your friendly neighborhood mods are making things happen!

This is what we came up with:

Moderator Responsibilities

koontz did a great job of tracking everything down and putting this together.

I'm going to go ahead and call this one IMPLEMENTED.

Reason: caps and color to "implemented"

This is the description of the thread
A comprehension of all of the Moderators and what they do -- your ultimate guide to who does what, where, and why

might read better if it said

It would read better that way. I will poke RDS to change it when he has time.

The Beta Testers are not on the Mod list.

Can they be added?

All of the suggestions team has access to the development site, as well as most of Team CC, from what I can tell.

Evil Semp, IcePack, TeeGee, JaneAusten, Jdizzleslice are the most active Beta testers.

-other than the admins, ofc.

Beta Testers (though currently made up of TeamCC members) isn't a TeamCC team. We may be extending membership to some members of the community.

I'm thinking of IcePack in particular.

He has a coloured name and a title but is not anywhere on the Mod list, that i can see.

I see. We're doing a sweeping update of the list currently.
