Is their a time limit that this has to be done in?
If two or more players have the same record in either category how will you decide the winner or do they both/all get the premium & medal?

If there is a draw we will have a play-off similar to those used for golfing majors.

I will select some maps & settings and all those tied will play a game. If more than 1 player wins we'll have a 2nd play-off for the remaining players. This will continue until only 1 winner remains. If all tied players lose, that play-off game will be replayed.

I anticipate allowing 2 months for Bot was I thinking, however that could be expanded to 3 after consulting with the Entertainment team regarding how long it takes to get through that many games.
