Ridiculous comment. Well within rights to report this - the system is there and this is (potentially) abuse, certainly worth investigating.

If it's justified by their play/attitude etc, then fine. It's when someone rates 1 star just because the other guy beat them that it becomes abuse; or saying 'rude' when nothing was said, or 'deadbeat' when they didn't miss a turn.
