Part of what he said might be mild racism. Nothing that bothers me personally but that's irrelevant. I won't quote it.

The mild racism will be looked at. As for the harsh language, Conquer Club take a liberal stance on swearing and the like. The foe option is useful for that if you do not wish to see it, it will block his chat from your view. Conquer Club is a game that we hope everyone can enjoy, but at the end of the day it is not a kids website, and if you find occasional outbursts to be too offensive, I apologize but the situation will not change anytime soon.

After conferring with some other mods, this does not cross our bigotry line. I would suggest foeing him and moving on.
