In Game 13464727 he has an edge. He is not missing turns, at least in most of his games. Perhaps he is just having some bad streak and has an independent mind but I don't see him throwing games.

Honestly, theres almost no question hes throwing games. I understand there might not be enough proof to do anything about it.

If he/she is just that bad I apologize, but as I said, I knew by looking at two moves in my game what Id find and sure enough....there really is no question.
