4. Each map may only be used as a home map twice and not the same setting. ie can use classic twice, as a dbs and a trips, not two dbs.
5. NO Manual Deployment
6. NO Freestyle
7. No limits on unlimited forts
8. Max RANDOM games per round 4 (exception to #4)
9. NO BETA Maps
10. No limits on amount of games with trench (30 round turn limits apply)
11. 12 Hour Fog Rule - If broken 1st move must be revealed
12. Max Games Per player 25
13. 3 Rounds, 3 weeks apart, (Tiebreaker played in Week 1.)
