DY, you have to understand, math isn't always the point. Sometimes the absurdity of the experiment is the takeaway!?!?!

AndyDufresne wrote:So, have you heard about the Infinite Monkey Theorem? You probably have.

"The infinite monkey theorem states that a monkey hitting keys at random on a typewriter keyboard for an infinite amount of time will almost surely type a given text, such as the complete works of William Shakespeare."
NPR wrote:Two years ago Jesse Anderson [a 'creative engineer'] used Amazon's cloud computing resources to create a virtual monkey army that quickly and randomly assembled works of the Bard. (Anderson has a nice visualization on his website of the way the words emerged in Shakespeare's poem A Lovers Complaint.)
Check it out here, and you can see it in action, sort of: http://www.jesse-anderson.com/monkeysvis/monkeys.htm Move your cursor over the poem.

You can choose other works in the top right, including full length plays.

That tub kind of looks like a giant sink. Or maybe it is a regular sized sink and Quirk's family are hobbits.

Check out Project For Awesome 2013 if you haven't already, and donate to charity if you feel like it. I like these folks.

Here's a pic from last year. The pacifier and turning things on in my car are discouraged but Seany rarely listens

I like per-paid ones for sure. They're convenient and getting points is nice but I have got too far along with them in the past. That sucks real bad.

Beats having the equivalent in cash on your person.
