How to win doubles games

There are certain maps with win conditions that say you have to capture certain objectives (ex. Conquer Rome), when playing these maps with doubles or triples do you still win if your team meets the conditions or does it have to be a single player? For example if you need 5 capitals to win, can you win if player 1 has 3 capitals and player 2 has 2 capitals or does player 1 need to have 5 capitals?

One player (whether it's teams or poly) has to control all the objectives for the overall team to win the game.
