In this competition players will have to choose a post-soviet republic to represent (Russia, Ukraine, Tajikistan, Latvia, etc.) and a home map.

Tournament Structure
Stage One: Four 4-player groups. North players randomized into two North groups and South players likewise. Everybody plays everybody twice. Maps: Random (1st three rounds) and Soviet Union (last three rounds). One point per win. First two of each group advance.
Stage Two: Two 4-player groups. One North and one South groups. Everybody plays everybody twice as well. Maps: home and away. One point per win. First two of each group advance.
Semi Final: Two games. 3 legs. Maps: home, away and Soviet Union. Winners advance.
Final: One game. 3 legs: Maps: home, away and Soviet Union. Winner takes it all!

Reserve Policy
- If a player misses an invitation on the first round he will be replaced by a reserve;
- If there are no reserves or a player misses the invitation in any other round, the player at stake loses the game but remains in the tournament.
