Remove '0' bonuses from panels

Remove '0' bonuses from panels

Concise description:
  • Remove all bonuses worth 0 armies from the overview panel
How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
  • Make bonus lists easier to read
  • Removes frivolous bonus listings
do we really need to see all of this?
It can be worse on other maps, such as Krazy Kingdoms where there are overrides like crazy.
