Comments: ustin33 continues to attack me in a game clearly led by rogerbowerman. attacks joint borders when i have stopped my attacks so that we could both have sufficient bonuses to hold off rogerbowerman. this is either a clear case of secret diplomacy, or ustin33 is just one of the biggest idiots i have seen on this site.

While some of the moves do seem odd, I don't see enough evidence to give them a Warning. I shall Note this.
