1 minute speed game w/ Escalating spoils.

If I have a slower Internet connection, am I at a disadvantage playing against others that have faster Internet connection in 1 minute speed Escalating game?

How much does Internet speed factor in, for I have a slow Internet speed?

i can not answer the question but i would say if you are going to go escalating and speed, you might as well add in freestyle. may i recommend a 8 player freestyle, escalating, game on doodle with freefalling123?

Well chiro, you know yourself if you re a fast player, but basically on doodle you should have all the time in the world, on world 2.1 even the fastest don t have enough time to do all they need to do.

This is why I don't freestyle. I get excited when I can start a turn, deploy, and kill a neutral vicarious on Conquer Rome in 10 seconds (while trying not to give away what vicarious it was if an opponent was trying to watch my turn).

This log shows him killing 2 territories in the same second...mind boggling to me.

I think I would need a "little kids table" to play speed freestyle.

mine says 1081kbp/s in upload in general 22 megas in download when i checkon my modem, doesn't say about the ping, would the live chat value be a good reference for the ping, or is it handled by a different server than cc? i truely think that being more or less close to the CC server changes drastically your ping even if you have a very decent internet.

and your up and down speeds are actually both slightly faster than mine.. but I'm 18ms and I'm guessing close to the CC server (though I don't know if the latter has anything to do with it)

yeah dude my ms in the live chat thing is usually between mid 80s and 250 when I play! I think I had it checked for internet once and it was closer to 115ms on average, which is still pretty good! They definitely updated slower attacks. I literally wait for my attack to be ready, and am slowed down when I click too fast! (2 clickes well timed in 1.1 second vs 3 clickes off timed in 1.5sec or so).

ping says 10ms for me on your thing. but the ping is different with every site right? i really feel like the ping from europe on cc is horrible.

I'm taking into account any regular freestyle players. There are obviously quite a few of us who're much quicker and do it in 3 or 4 seconds.

In 1min or speed freestyle most likely unless I get very lucky, no doubt. In any other game mode I would disagree with your statement.
