The part where Earnest Hemingway's Cuban house (now a museum) is located. Isn't that a no brainer? Hemingway is always better. End discussion.

It's in the Communist part.
After the Cuban revolution of early 1959, Hemingway was on good terms with the Cuban government, and even officially presented a trophy in Havana in the summer of 1960 to Castro

Complicated question- the CIA funded terrorists who invaded during the Bay of Pigs debacle were certainly terrorists when they went to Cuba.
Strange, I've never seen terrorists wearing a uniform before...

Terrorists are not slave to fashion. They can wear any outfit they want including uniforms.
