Format

The Qualifying Phase consists of 6 groups of 6 clans. The Division Phase will consist of 3 divisions of 12 clans. The winner and runner-up of each qualifying group goes to the Premier Division, the 3 and 4 ranked clans will go to the Second Division and the rest goes to the Third Division.

For all general info, details, rules, etc., please go to the main thread, see link above. For the schedule, see 2nd post (below) and for results, see the 3rd post (also below).

Game Creation

The 1st Clan Contacts have privileges to create the home games and invite their players. When creating a game use this tournament: "2014 [CL6] [QG3]". For your home games label the games with your clan abbreviation first, followed by a "v", followed by the away clan. For example, the first set of Round 1 is GR against FAD, so GR should create their home games with the following label: "R1 GR v FAD". The second set is the FAD home games and the label should be: "R1 FAD v GR"

Once the home games are created, the clan contact has to post the home games (game number, map and settings) and the assigned players in this thread and invite the players. Every round starts on a Sunday. Games can be created before that and posted on the Sunday. The deadline for doing all of the above is the Tuesday after the start of the round, at 18:00 hrs. CC Time.

After that the clan contact for the away clan has to post the assigned players in this thread and invite their players as well. The deadline for doing this is the Friday after the start of the round, at 18:00 hrs. CC Time.

IMPORTANT: The deadline for joining all games is the next Sunday after the start of the round, at 18:00 hrs. CC Time!

The VDLL doesn't care about the 12 hour fog rule, but wishes all clans in this group the best.

Good Luck to all. We here at LOW will allow 12 hours fog etiquette whoever wishes to and ignore it against whoever doesn't want to use it.

I'm still slightly confused about the games limits, when it says 3 "per set of home games and set of away games" does that mean 3 total or 3 for each resulting in 6 total? Thanks

Yup, there has been some confusion on that score, we'll try reword the OP to provide greater clarity

Just to clarify this one.

Each round consists of a Home set of 8 and an Away set of 8.

In each set you must use a minimum of 10 players but each player can only play in a maximum of 3 games.

So taking HH as an example. In the first weeks games we are playing Phoenix. For HH's home set I must use 10 players minimum and each player can play in a maximum of 3 games. The same rule then applies to HH's away set.
