[UI] Live chat on all pages

Concise description:

• Option to enable Live Chat on all pages

Specifics/Details:

• In game settings make an option to enable to have Live Chat opened in a frame on the right side of the screen

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

• If the option was enabled by default, a lot more people would visit live chat. And if it was disabled by default, chatters could enable it and chat anytime & anywhere while on CC without switching tabs/windows

Technically, I don't think this is hard to do, but as dgz said, it may be a problem if the chat reloads each time when you go through different games/pages. I'm sure that can fixed somehow...

And if it can't be done this way, could it be done by a Greasemonkey script? I opened a thread there also...

I feel as if opening a new tab is more convenient. Wouldn't this just create more lag? Also, it looks a bit cluttered in the picture.

I don't think I'd like this most of the time, but for "event" times, something like this could be fun.
