Jiltessex send pm to nongtang which nongtang didnt see at first place. But than nontang appologise to jiltessex on game chat about missing to read his msg on time. Jiltessex than reply on game chat that nongtang need to respond faster and that he already an open a clear route for nongtang to attack my troops in australia. Sice than nongtang and jiltessex dont attack each others.

Proof of this "secret alliance" is on game chat and they dont hide it at all.

Point is. They made secret aliance through PM. And than they didnt even try to hide it.
Im skipping my turna until i see respond from you

Because nongtang respond on game chat. "He is sorry for miss to read jiltessex msg before he made his turn". And than jiltessex respond back to him in game chat that even without nongtang reapond. He left 1s on each territories for nongtang easy attack on me in australia.

This is the chat the OP is talking of.
There is no mention of PM as the OP suggests, the phrase "chat log" is used
On the other hand, none of the accused had ever spoken to the chat until that point and blue's sudden "response to the air" is strange.
So there are 2 senarios.
1. Accusation is true and reference was to a PM, but wrong phrase was used
2. Accusation is false and accused was meaning accuser's previous posts (which did offer info about what was going on) or the game log maybe.
The phrase "someone is ranting" can also be interpreted twofold. It may mean the accuser's previous ranting (most probable) or some PM ranting
I wonder if access to player's PMs is allowed in such cases (by mods)

First of all stop missing turns. This is not allowed by the site to miss turn in purpose, and this is totally useless.
There is no next step, you need to wait for mod to check.

You may give further evidence if you have of the secret diplomacy.

But I think you're wrong and there is no secret diplomacy going on in this game, at least it doesn't looks like at all.

No secret diplomacy? Why did nongtang reply to green he miss to read "game chat". When green didnt post anything on game chat?
Why they didn't attack each others since than? It was pass who know how many turns since than.

P.S. for sure i will skip my turns. For two reasons.

1. Waiting for admin to do something
2. Im not giving satisfaction to the losers whith who I play with to lose from them. They will win playing against NEUTRAL player.

P.s.s. just check last 2 move of nongtang and jltessex. They both have bonusses. Thay both have triple more units. And they still attacking me. Jilessex is in better shape holding europe and africa. Nongtang didnt even think about breaking his bonusses.

Nongtang is little bit piss on me because of my "big mouth" so he is doing some kind revenge strategy here.

It isn't a violation of unwritten rules to attack someone because they are annoying or whatever in chat. It's a commonly cited thing here, does not imply secret alliance or throwing.
