Medal stats

I went on a holiday and when i came back immediately started with my favourite game again.However i noticed that my medal stats are no longer updating.Is there a reason to this?

As I understand it, the medal stats have been turned off for the Easter Event to help keep the site running smoothly.

So are these wins lost or will we get them credited after the egg hunt is over?

Everything should be processed once the calculations are resumed. The wins should count towards the medals.

OK, the bunny stuff is over but my medal points haven't caught up. When can we expect that to happen?

You now have to win another new game for that medal category in order for the medal count to update to what it should be.

That was my understanding. But the medal processing can be a drain on resources, so maybe they changed it.

Well they are still not updating. I just won another doubles game and my doubles points are still at 98. So what gives?

Never mind. My medals points just caught up. I guess the system was running a bit slow with everyone's points needing to be updated.

Has this issue been resolved? I had a recent quads game finish, but my medal stats haven't been updated. Very odd...

Yes I believe it has; however, the system is much slower now. Medal stats used to update right away, but now they seem to take a few hours to catch up. I won a doubles game this morning, but it took several hours for the stats to catch up. It has been like that since the new challenges scoreboard has been implemented. Don't worry, just check back tonight and it should be OK.

Mine haven't updated in the past 6 days. The conquer gods are false gods. I have canceled most of my games awaiting players and am about to quit visiting this site. f*ck playing if your victories don't count. I am doing to request a refund of my membership because of this crap!
