If he really has Jinn's Crystal he should be able to bombard much more . Jinn's Crystal is THE KEY territory of the map if you are playing trench, having it should mean a win in most of the case. Unfortunately because it's fog so we can't judge, maybe he did is best. With the new escalating set-up stack can be huge. Would be nice if you could log in his account and check directly KA, but I guess it is not allowed?Game 14220793

I have played some games with The Poet, free-for-all games where everyone was invited, and nothing seemed fishy to me.
