Terms:
MAIN THREAD

Amended rules:
- Foed will run the thread
- War starts as soon as privs are issued
- War will be split into 3 batches. Following batch will start once the previous batch winds down
to 1 or 2 active games.
Batch 1: 4d - 4t - 4q each clan
Batch 2: 3d - 3t - 3q each clan
Batch 3: 3d - 3t - 3q + tie-breaker
-Timing out: Not allowed. The offended team has to decide on
remake before taking the first turn after offense (have 24 hour
window), otherwise game stays as it is.
- Settings:
Parachute forts allowed - 5 games max

foed has a strong lead at the moment but afos will cut the lead signficantly
after our 2nd home batch, looks like 23:19 or maybe 24:18 after 2
batches.
