No Points Lost to Deadbeat or Rule Violating Partner

Kickass2 has spent exactly one minute on the site. He has taken no turns and yet is about to win some points. Awarding deadbeats with points seems kind of counterproductive.

I suggest that he not be rewarded with points.

To clarify, I don't think the opposing players should have lost points to a player that did nothing to defeat them.... I think that the current system unfairly awards/punishes.
