All three registered and joined the above game within 8 minutes, and they're all from Croatia. I'm waiting to take my turn until this gets figured out.

I would be willing to wager they will be found guilty. I have seen a oddly high number of NRs who join and deadbeat... many of them seem to be from Croatia.
