you should tell them of snow
Reminds me. Back in my senior year of high school we had a few foreign exchange students. 1 from Germany, 1 from Africa (I forget which country), and a couple from China. The girl from Africa, being her first year in Wyoming (and at altitude) had enjoyed her first summer here. Fall was coming on quickly, and the change in Laramie weather was brought up (it can be a white out blizzard 1 day, 2 days later it feels like spring or even summer), and the topic of rain was brought up. The girl from Africa stated she loved the rain. We told her that rain here is always cold, even in the summer. She was like "whatever". And then it rained. And then 2 weeks later, it dropped to the 50s (spring/fall weather for Laramie). And she was like "OK, you guys win. Turn off the cold now." We laughed, as we stood around in our shorts and t-shirts while she was wearing a heavy winter coat. And it hadn't even snowed yet.
LOL the joys of travling you get to learn something you take for granted back all over again. The simple idea of weather living in one place you are like your own weather person move and your all like HELL WTF MATE!!!! WHAT IS THIS MONSTROSITY
So when the smoke clears, half of College Football's top 10 were beaten yesterday and both 9 Notre Dame and 10 Michigan State had a scare. Well no one can challenge that FSU doesn't deserve to be the top team right now when #2, #3 and #4 got upset*. Mississippi St rolled past their second top 10 match up of the season and their reward? They get to go up against 5 Auburn (probably #2 when the new rankings come out) next week. Having beaten two top 10 teams(at the time) in what is looking like a very strong SEC West division, I don't see how Miss St doesn't jump past Notre Dame in getting a spot in the top 5 for next week. Ole Miss will also be top 10 but where does currently unranked but undefeated Arizona St end up after defeating 2 Oregon? The good news for Oregon, Alabama and Oklahoma? with Texas A&M and UCLA also losing one or two of them may still fall into the top 10 in next week's rankings. Should be an interesting one, especially as the Auburn-Mississippi St game which was likely thought to be a relative week off for a top ranked Auburn team after they went up against a good LSU team has turned into probably their toughest challenge of the season so far and a likely top 5 match up.
*This statement was made using the AP poll as reference for rankings.

A crazy weekend, that's for sure. And it began with Utah State knocking off previously undefeated #18 BYU in Provo. Also, BYU and USU need to stop playing eachother with their starting QBs. For the last 3 years, the home team's QB suffered a season ending injury, this year with BYU's QB suffering a broken leg.
