For the spirit of the hunt. 16 players, three rounds with different settings each round. No restrictions on premium, score, et cetera.
Round 1: first you have to get to the safari - an overwhelming burst of resources from all comers. Rail Africa, 2 players, Standard, Freestyle, Manual, Escalating, Chained, Sunny/No Trench, 20 round limit. 1 game each. 16 start, 8 move on.
Round 2: the hunt itself - a more stately, orderly affair. Africa II, 2 players, Standard, Sequential, Automatic, Flat Rate, Parachute, Fog/Trench, 20 round limit. 1 game each. 8 start, 4 move on.
Round 3: don't just leave your kills on the field, honor them by using every single part. 4 Star Meats, 4 players, Terminator, Freestyle, Automatic, No Spoils, Unlimited, Fog/No Trench, 20 round limit. 1 game. 4 start, 1 winner.
Players have 48 hours from game creation to enter. (Specifically, "from game creation until when I check at least 48 hours afterward".) Not participating in round 1 removes you and swaps in a reserve, or eliminates you and your opponent gets a bye if there are not enough reserves. Not participating in round 2 gives your opponent a bye (winners of mutual non-participations decided at random). Not participating in round 3 causes the game to be remade with less players, as appropriate (winner of 4-way non-participation decided at random, in the highly unlikely case it happens).
Sign up by posting in this thread only - PMed signups will be ignored - so everyone can see in what order people signed up. First come first entry; signups after #16 go on reserve list.
The ultimate victor is Endgame422! Congrats on games well played! And congrats to all the finalists: even though the final game was Fog, I could tell from the logs and the chat that that last game in particular was well-fought.
