Second tournament in this series.
Like before every league consists of 16 players who play eachother simultaneously on the Far East map,escalating,chained,sunny,no trench.
Due to game load only premiums allowed(15 games)
Bottom 3 demote to a lower league,first three of lower league promote.
The league is open to all premiums but you start at the bottom level.
Going to ask the tournament directors to grant the first player who reaches 100 victories a GA-medal(permission granted)
Tournament is 1v1,invites will be send to the players who played the first tournament.
Every league consists out of 16 players,final rank if there are ties is h-to-h result and with more than 2 players tied h-to-h and then the rounds taken in the match-ups.

Invites are being send to all people who are qualified for the first 2 leagues.Spots that come available will be filled by the next in line(escalating league rank or the first who joined the threat)
