Comments: At various points riskllama announced he would suicide against me if I attacked him. After I broke several of his bonuses, he repeated his intent to suicide against me and began moving his troops in a manner consistent with a planned suicide.

Suggested Resolution: I recommend the valued mods suspend riskllama's account for 36 hours, long enough to force him to deadbeat out of Game 15096157. I also request a mod leave the "Shame on You" emoticon on riskllama's wall (this one - ).

In the last game I played (Game 15522273) with you I captured a grand total of 7 territories during the entire game. These territories were split among 5 different players. In that same game you also declared that no less than 30% of the players in the game were clueless time bombs out to ruin your life.

At least half of the players on that 12 player escalating fog know how to play and understand how suicidal and wreckless you, aog and mrs wdk have been playing.
I don t feel like explaining why making such attack that makes 7/12 players easier targets for all the next ones to play is ridiculously dumb, nor why we ask for card spots, nor why going for bonuses is retarded, gives away your position and make other players easy targets. It s a facepalm each time one of you plays his turn and you never listen to advice anyways.
Your game from the OP is a finish between friends and we all know it finishes dirty. You guys are just going to be bitchy for the fun of it, no need to solve it in c&a

Reading the game chat, which is pretty long, both of you just couldn't agree on a certain truce (and there were many truces offered through the course of the game) and it was pretty vital for red not to get his bonus areas broken.

I don't think this is the first time when a player got pretty mad when he didn't like an assault/threat on him and his response was to go all out against his attacker. You can offer all the truce or warnings with all the logical explanation you can give to your opponent but also be open for whatever reaction your enemy may give back to you. Be open for any possibilities of vindictiveness. It can happen once in a while but what we do not want is for this kind of vindictiveness to become a regular behavior or tactic to many of our games.

For the accusation, this is certainly not Secret diplomacy.
As for a possible case of suiciding or game throwing we can take this as an isolated incident unless there already has been a history of this similar behavior. I agree that his declarations in the game chat makes it so obvious of his intention. Nevertheless, we'll need more than this game alone to warrant an official warning or a vacation at this time. Do note that the suicide/targeting or game throwing was not intended right from the start of the game. It came about as how the game progressed in the end.
