How did you come to this conclusion?StorrZerg wrote:So I got this msg because of my ability to lead cases.
Later on, you say you thought it was strike, who I'd say was already confirmed as a Miller along with Mets. What was the hint that it was strike? Does this, in any way, look like a message that could have come from a townie?StorrZerg wrote:I just don't know if the person who sent it is town or mafia.
I don't know who sent it, but there might be a hint.
The message (posted later) doesn't say anything about who to lynch - it talks about acting immediately ("The mourning [sic] will pass."), and telling streaker to take him out. That's not a lynch.StorrZerg wrote:I don't think my msg is in relation to what charm got. I wasn't cursed, someone used a spell to send me a short msg on who to lynch.
This message looks like it was from scum - How or why would they confirm it? Again, what is this hint about who sent it?StorrZerg wrote:Someone can confirm the msg. I don't know who sent it. But I have a hint I think
It sounds like you're trying to think up a lie here.StorrZerg wrote:Actually. Things might be confusing. This msg is fucking weird. It may have been mentioned for streaker...
Why?StorrZerg wrote:I thought you sent it strike.
@strike wolf vs ',' - yeah, I can see how you'd confuse the two.StorrZerg wrote:I thought I saw "at" your name, instead it was a comma.
Mtam said that he could never die in the night - but now the scum are going to kill him?StorrZerg wrote:The intended target is "boy" I guess, aka harry potter.
The person who wrote it, it'd in the fashion of Voldemort. Shit weird.
Did the misspelled words come from epitaph? Why would the mod write something like this that was presumably meant to be private? Why would anyone? The only one's I've seen try to put much flavor into their posts are you and mitch. And I don't think this originated from mitch.StorrZerg wrote:Got permission to post it."They are all weak!
The time is now to take our chance and strike at the boy.
Streaker, they are distracteacted while they mourn for their precious little elf.
They are not paying attention as they grieve.
Strike at him Streaker take him out. The mourning will pass in another day or so.
Do not disappoint us!"
I assume that any kind of lying is allowed. I'd be surprised if the mod would confirm or deny any statements like this.got tonkaed wrote:Can the mod comment on if they would allow a player to say they received a night action message from the mod while lying and then quote a message?
Seems like this gets figured out one way or the other this way.
Don't think "mourning" was a typo... pretty sure it refers to town's mourning the loss of Dobby.degaston wrote:Did the misspelled words come from epitaph?

If the mafia weren't allowed to misinform the town, this game would be pointless indeed. The rules concerning fake-quoting a message from the mod are open to interpretation; especially when the mafia fake claims an elaborate role and "asks the mod for clarification" on aspects of it. It would be very bastard modding if the mod came out and said "you didn't send me a pm because that's not your role", or something along those lines. I've seen mods do it in the past and it's a teeth-grinding moment for everyone because you stop playing the game and start playing the rules.got tonkaed wrote:I certainly will not assume that it is ok to lie saying that you got permission from a mod to post a pm from the Mod.
dd sending me a msg doesn't interest you?strike wolf wrote:I am pushing buttons right noe but I am essentially on my phone all day for this. (My work computer blocks out Conqier Club. Right now, Charm seems townie. The people I am interested in pressuring outside of Streaker are mostly Tonka and Endgame at this point though I am not against the case on DD. I still lean against Aage though Mets mentioned something about his play that I hadnt really picked up on that might be interesting.

I count 6 votes for Streaker, so he's at L-4, and was at L-3. While that message is suspicious, I'm also suspicious of anything that comes from Storr. Especially if aage and dd are on the wagon with him, as they all seem to be very good at lynching townies. Also, dd - trying to cause confusion and perhaps a mis-lynch? The vote count was right there.degaston wrote: With 19 alive, it takes 10 to lynch
True. I didn't think of this. I guess I'll unvotedegaston wrote:This is another reason to not let a vote count get too high on anyone. One scum has the equivalent of a double vote, and it appears that we wouldn't even know about it until epitaph updates the vote count.
Why do you think Charm is townie? Also what about aage's play? I feel like that is something you should share with the rest of us.strike wolf wrote:I am pushing buttons right noe but I am essentially on my phone all day for this. If what streaker says is true, then its possible he visited me.

I've suspected that you were scum for a while, but your blind devotion to Storr and making apologies for his statements after two days of mis-lynches has me pretty convinced.aage wrote:I can see that Storr would assume that this person wanted him to lead a lynch, granted that he assumed the message was intended expressly for him. No. Can you prove that I sent you the message?StorrZerg wrote:@Dd5 can you disprove streakers claim?
vote ragian $10 says Bellatrix. Also if you were trying to start an organic wagon you should have pushed harder and made more of a case yourself. People will listen to you based on your power, at least I would. If we had made an organic wagon than we could've also seen whether or not he had a fake claim.degaston wrote:I've suspected that you were scum for a while, but your blind devotion to Storr and making apologies for his statements after two days of mis-lynches has me pretty convinced.aage wrote:I can see that Storr would assume that this person wanted him to lead a lynch, granted that he assumed the message was intended expressly for him. In any case, I don't want to lynch you today, or even Storr...
because Ragian is the one who's been casting Cruciatus. I was hoping that an organic wagon could be started on him, so that I could see who would avoid voting for him, but the scum are working too hard to create distractions.

Nice try!StorrZerg wrote:Can we force dd5 claim before rage lynch?
