Looks like a case where he created profile, had an error, created another one but "BrandonSchaefer" was taken so he created "BrandonSchaefer2" Rather than banning, I would think dismantling the original account that he hasn't started a game on.

You can't accuse him of trying to manipulate the game with a multi account, and it doesn't look like there's an intent to play with multiple accounts, as he's only played with one. I would think a warning, and deletion of the account that hasn't played any games would be a just penalty.

Bringing in new players is an important part of CC, and if you permaban a new player because he made a mistake when signing up, you're jeopardizing the future of the site.

Now if he's not a new player, and we find out he's a multi with another account, then yes, permaban.

These accounts appears to have registered through Facebook and the person likely wasn't sure he got the first account registered. Let's see if he stays and fully goes through with the BrandonSchaefer2 which he has a game on.

I believe he's being sarcastic, which I agree with him. The new guy is almost certainly just trying to get involved with the site and the game but hey lets open up an abuse report on him 'welcome to the site, I'll have your points please, and meantime I've reported you'. People should be willing to open up a chat in the game with a new guy like this and try to see if he needs some help, rather than presuming he's trying to cheat without even talking to him.

Does the red part mean that if you find a multi, make a complaint and they are busted, you get their points? bDo you get their premium too? Medals? What about their tokens and parking spot? Do you also get their job and bad breath? Their wife and girlfriend? Debt?

I am going to leave this as it is for now as it appears the person has left. He needs to get clarified which account does he really want to use if he wants to pursue his membership. Let's wait until he returns. Once he does, it's just a matter of settling and informing him what he needs to do.
