Made it a bit easier to read. The Hunters don't deal with just one rating. You need to prove he rates people poorly for not reason on more than one occasion.

I think his actual complaint is not the shitty rating he got from gogglez (which is insignificant in light of the fact that he is rated 4.1 anyway) but that gogglez responded to the shitty rating which he left himself by saying that he was a "reported multi/cheater"...which is not ratings abuse anyway (is there such a thing as 'response abuse').
Maybe the OP should focus on getting so many good ratings in the future that this particular instance would be regarded as not reflective of his clearly marvelous personality and abilities generally, as opposed to the shitty rating he got being consistent with the general trend of how most people rate him.

Hunters don't remove posts made in game chat. If they were to, it would be because if Bigoted comments. Not being called a cheater/multi.

He has only previously been reported for secret diplomacy, game throwing, ratings abuse and being seriously abusive to other players, but not for being a multi.
We do not moderate ratings, much more on the responses that people give. The person can say any 'nonsense reply' he wants to give to the rating he gets. If it was a racist or bigoted comment, then rules can be applied. If the reply was about calling you a cheater, etc. and you vehemently know it's a lie, then take it as just trash talk. This reflects more on the person than on the recipient. This does not even help in giving you a bad rep.
