It is quite obvious xtyner is using a software to monitor and alert the player when there is a change in the game. This is cheating for a free style game.

Casual freestyle is possibly the most hardcore setting available, at least in multiplayer games. The dedication required to consistently win is quite heavy.

To my knowledge, I don't think it was against the rules. Not that this is a case of weight on the "b", unless he has a connection as bad as mine at home.

I came here to research something similar happening to me
Playing doubles freestyle. No matter the time of day, both start within seconds of my partner and I going. The odds of both of them sitting there hitting refresh is almost astronomical.
The logs shown here does not look unusual to the point that some software is making the "first turn" for the player whenever the opponent ends his. Besides that, the player still needs to think about what to do when it's his turn. Perhaps he happen to have some free time to monitor his games and stay online for that day.
