that's awesome, because the chat mod i reported this to today, absolutely blew me off... razo sent me a pm concerning my complaint the prior day, he is shaping up to be a good one, his team is left wanton (at times)... if i were to go into global chat and do the things he did, i'd be gone for at least a week, more than likely multiple months... the fact that people are turning this into their own little personal owen vendetta thread is laughable. the evidence is there. period...-Jésus noir

What the actual f*ck?! This is a C&A report and near enough nobody here is adding to the discussion. Everyone accuses Owen of trolling whilst trolling and baiting in this thread; you're absolute hypocrites.

If anyone strongly feels a case should be made against Owen then open a C&A thread or file an e-ticket. Those are the procedures and they're designed to be used. What good does jumping onto a bandwagon in a report made by someone else do? Nothing.

The thing with Owen is his mannerism. He can be abrasive, annoying and insulting but he maintains all of his actions within the rules. On the rare occasion he didn't, he was punished accordingly. He's also received warnings/bans for zero infractions, but that was in more corrupt days. I believe a few people were on the receiving end of wrongful bans during those times, but now I'm on a tangent.

Regardless, make your own thread. I'm not here to defend Owen, simply state the facts and point out hypocrisy where I see it. The two of us don't always see things from the same perspective just like anyone else here. If you even knew the guy before talking shit you'd realise he isn't being serious half the time.

really, because kally was not provoked into telling me to kill myself, which is literally internet bullying (and i'm sure you can pull the cases/precedent for that one)... kally was not provoked into divulging to everyone about his suicide attempt. kally was not provoked into spamming my wall, flaming me, harassing me and sending me multiple pm's... so, you already started your little "ban owen" thread, please stop trying to derail this one. your personal agenda is not the purpose of this thread, you already started one for that one. please refrain from posting unless you have anything of substance to add.-Jn

I was present at various times throughout the past 24-30 hours. Definitely not all of it, but far more than my infrequent posting would suggest. Presence does not require posting and I saw plenty of conduct was not unimpeachable, regardless of Kallysdead's improper conduct. Just more dishonesty and untruths from you.

I am not trying to derail it. Your ad hominem attacks against me are less relevant than my pointing out that you are not a blameless victim. I have also offered that he acted improperly and that his comments are not completely excusable. I stand by my main point that context for his actions are important, despite whether they are violations or not on their own.

Your inflammatory personal attacks are sad. And your attempts to paint a straw man argument that I said "it is all [your] fault" are, again, extremely dishonest. I do not seek to justify his actions, but mitigate the response to his actions. Notice my use of mitigate throughout the thread, which internally admits the presence of an offense or mistake.

kallysdead has been contacted to stop communicating with Owen or to put him on his Foe list. I suggest that you do the same Owen, so as to prevent him from posting at your wall. If not, you people should ignore each other. This looks to have come from Global chat where certain things were said and it escalated to something personal. It looks like you got into each other's nerves but now it's time to move on and ignore each other. If you happen to be in Global chat at the same time again, it is up to either of you on how to deal with it. Oh, and let's not get into the "he started it" argument.
