- Let me know if I'm wrong here, But my concern is Lord was the last turn of the limited war and he left 43 troops hanging out on OC3 when they could of jumped out and went after Green and Red? He ends the last turn of a limited war with 43 troops hanging out? Am I wrong in saying it looks like a conscious effort to make sure Ucki lost? Damn it looks like it?

Couldn't it be that he tried to reduce you below him, failed and therefore stoped ? Seems to me with some good dice he could have reduced both red and you below him, since he failed with you he stopped.

It appears as though thelord could have won this game if his 43 troops were positioned better. With that said, he could have made it very interesting if he did, in fact, use those troops to try and lower every player below him.

Perhaps he just isn't that good of a player? Anyways, with these settings it always seems like someone gets screwed. It's almost like if you attack someone, then you're doing something wrong.

- Some people just don't chat at all, But still, the guy rips off on Ucki, stops when Ucki is below Red, and even if he didn't realize round limit, He wasn't going for a bonus or protecting anything during and after assault on Uck, So why leave +43 troops sitting still when 2 other oppositions are in range and very easily taken down? Be nice to listen to what his take is on this, hopefully he says he was going to continue attacking but his cat ran across the desk and hit the E key and turn ended, then the cat knocked over his coffee and the keypad is junk, he couldn't apologize in chat and said screw it, I'll at least give him a good rating,,,,," Hopefully something like that ") Otherwise it just don't make sense .

Just got pm'd to comment so I will. Started by starting to reduce blue low enough. that failed with crap dice. Realised the stack in Aus was going to take a hammering going through green to hit red so pointless. Stopped at that point figuring if nothing else i'd lose less points. No tactics in terms of who was favoured.

I kind of figured that that was the case. If you had attacked IN2 with your 43 troops, it could cost you as well and then whatever remaining troops you have left could be in futile to lessen red (and blue) furthermore? You decided not to bother or not to continue anymore.

Whoever loses because of your attack would get suspicious of your move, especially in this case.

I was in a similar situation some time ago and I was the last player in a round limit game. You could say I had the "power" to choose who could win since my other 2 opponents were in a close fight but I must say I was not far behind (about 10 troops behind). I tried my luck on the last turn but the dice went against me. I tried and tried to weaken both players but it was me who got the bad end of the rolls. I stopped my attacks when they had an even number of troops (I think) but with that, I also know who would win. The player who lost could get suspicious of me and can accuse me of giving the game away. I didn't. I tried my best to possibly win but eventually I couldn't. Any player who lost in a situation like that could argue with the attacker why didn't he attacked the other player more, or maybe argue why he made an attack at all rather than just sit and let the game end.

I guess in a round limit game, until the last player has finished his turn, regardless if you think the last player to take the turn has no chance anymore, don't be too sure yet. People will still do what they do and we can all be unpredictable.

You're right, but if I am in thelord situation, after failing to reduce both, I'll still make the player that had the lead before my turn win the game, meaning if I was thelord, I would have then spend few troops against red to give back the lead to Uck. Not a rule, ofc, just feeling the right way to do things.

Looking at the tourney set up. It is 24 players in each round. So would it be a point issue for positioning.he was in 3rd place 2 points, He came in 2nd place, so would that be 3 points. If he attacked green then the other one it would of reduced him to 4th place and 1 point.

Dont know if thats how its set up but if it is then thats the real reason for it.

points/win matter. deliberately throwing a tournament game for reasons that have
nothing to do with tourney is not ok. if you care for points there's plenty
of rookies more than ready to provide points in random, non-tourney escalators,
terminators, polys, etc, etc.

the game was taken away from me and given to another player.
as for bad dice - I couldn't care less. that's not the issue. the issue is:
he didn't need to roll me below red to realize he has bad dice & won't have a chance.

why would I give up? so others might think I'll give them a free pass? nah nah nah.
the only reason I started this thread is to see some action so I don't have to suicide myself into thelord
in the next 10 games we'll play together. unless I don't notice it, I get even every time (and then some)

so that's my question: am I wasting my time here? I'm not interested in discussion but whether anything
will happen. cause if not, then I have a very deliberate task to do.

As I had mentioned (didn't go into much detail though), you generally need multiple instances of "suiciding" or "game throwing" to get any kind of punishment, which would probably only be a warning. This wasn't a case of him doing this to spite you. He tried his best to win this game.

Now I personally have never agreed with the excuse "I did it to lose less points". But I know examples where I'd use it.

Also, I'm 94.36% sure you were being sarcastic about it, but don't join 10 games with him just to suicide into him. That will get you in trouble.
