On a totally unrelated subject: based on what criteria are moderators appointed, who appoints them, and what exactly are their "powers"?

Even though I couldn't stand a majority of the little piss ants who trolled the CS forums, the GameOps were, for the most part, held in high esteem, and did their job properly. They were all CS players who volunteered their time to moderating the forums and the game servers, and they always acted maturely and responsibly, and set positive examples for the rest of the gaming community...from the few posts I've seen so far from the moderators on this site, that's certainly not how moderators are expected to, or indeed do, behave here!

the great thing about being a guy is...you don't have to shave your body if you don't want to! (And even if you want to you, are heavily discouraged :wink: )
