Unless the one on our left has an extra finger all four are wrapped around the handle below the trigger guard. I bet she likes to shoot cans off fence posts and targets.

The one on our right probably would like to shoot people who will not bow and pay tribute to the prophet.

Mot that there's anything wrong with that.

Basic rules....having taught 20+ unexperienced individuals to shoot safely, that is a cardinal sin. Googled and found lists everywhere....most have these as the top 2:

The fundamental rules for safe gun handling are:

1. ALWAYS keep the gun pointed in a safe direction.
This is the primary rule of gun safety. A safe direction means that the gun is pointed so that even if it were to go off it would not cause injury or damage. The key to this rule is to control where the muzzle or front end of the barrel is pointed at all times. Common sense dictates the safest direction, depending on different circumstances.

2. ALWAYS keep your finger off the trigger until ready to shoot.
When holding a gun, rest your finger on the trigger guard or along the side of the gun. Until you are actually ready to fire, do not touch the trigger.

One on the left attracts me; one on the right terrifies me....
The one on the right may very well be ready to shoot, so maybe she is holding it correctly. She might be at her fourth cousin Ahmed's wedding and is preparing to let-off a celebratory volley in the air, for instance. Also, she's rockin' her rifle jungle-style so clearly is planning on putting it to good use.

The one on the left only has a single magazine and, as 2dimes noted, is clearly only a danger to some paper targets at the Corvallis Rod & Gun Club.

Oh, and Mexicans.

I too agree that, in addition to bombing ISIS, we should bomb Alabama.

I find it amusing that you immediately outed yourself as sexist as f*ck, then proceeded to pretend you care about women not being treated and viewed as meat.

Given that your whole argument (as much as there can be said to have been one in the first place) rested on the assumption that women who wear hijabs, niqabs or burkas do so because they are compelled to, I think you'll find that the fact plenty wear them out of choice negates your argument entirely.

The burka is not a tool of male oppression, it is a vehicle for female liberation. Put on a burka and you'll never be able to spend 10 hours walking around downtown NYC with rapists whistling and shouting 'ay mami' at you, intimidating you at every street corner. You're free to reclaim your identity as a person, rather than as a sex object.
Hm don't wear bed sheet or risk alienation from family and culture? Some decision.
Yeah yeah. It's part of their culture, therefore we can deduce they are all forced to wear one by their culture but all secretly hate it. Good job those females have a nice buff man like you to stand up and speak for them.
If it wasn't for the sarcasm you'd be spot on. It being part of their culture does mean they feel obliged to wear them, whether they like it or not. And it is important that a "nice buff man" stands up for them as it's a lot easier to speak out when you're not the one being oppressed.

Eagerly awaiting an explanation of how anything I said there (or anywhere else in this thread) is sexist.

"I bet that black man doesn't pay child support and spends all his welfare money on weed. Racist? Me? Prove it!."

What factors, other than the fact that she's female, triggered your assumptions?
Do you have a repulsion for promiscuity in general, or only when the promiscuous person is female?

No, she's just going to stand by and giggle while her steroid-popping boyfriend and his buddies stomp the shit out of somebody who doesn't look and talk exactly like them. Personally, I have more respect for the one with the bomb in her bra. At least she's honest about what she supports.

I have a feeling that when the garb comes off, their husbands still grumble about the ever-growing folds and secret stores of cottage cheese.

Not if it's required/forced.

Not if the man and strip down to a bathing suit to swim, and the woman is still "required" to wear it.

Perhaps if it's optional.

Every day on my way to and from the subway I see women in hijabs walking their kids to school, in a country where they're under no obligation whatsoever to do so.

There may be no legal obligation... that doesn't mean that all women are free to choose to not wear it.

I'm sure there are plenty of women who make the free choice to wear a hijab.
I am equally sure there are many who have no such choice.

I don't get it. Are you suggesting the person getting stomped is the Muslim in a Western Country, because all I see are billions of dollars and euros being 'stomped' out to help support 'people that doesn't look and talk exactly like them' with housing and food and healthcare. Or do I have it right that you were mixed up maybe, in that the people who get stomped literally would be the Christian in the Middle Eastern country?

But maybe it's me who is mixed up. Which countries kidnaps, holds for ransom, and beheads people who don't look or think the same way. The one on the left, or the one on the right? maybe it's the steroids that were the curveball, because that seemingly has nothing to do with this other than devolving into ridiculous stereotyping.

Hopefully we can clear that up and I can understand your statement accurately.

Eight of Iran's women's football team 'are men'

Iran's football association accused of being 'unethical' after it is claimed eight players in women's national team are men awaiting sex change operations

Eight of Iran's women's football team are actually men awaiting sex change operations, it has been claimed.

The country's football association was accused of being "unethical" for knowingly fielding eight men in its women's team.

Mojtabi Sharifi, an official close to the Iranian league, told an Iranian news website: “[Eight players] have been playing with Iran’s female team without completing sex change operations.”

On Wednesday, authorities reportedly ordered gender testing of the entire national squad and leading league players. The names of the players thought to be male were not revealed.

Technically, the woman in the photo is wearing a Hamas headband. Hamas has never sanctioned beheading as a form of execution and has gone on the record opposing it. It was the third Arab government to condemn the killing of Nick Berg by ISIS in 2012 saying they "condemn this brutal act and sympathise with the family of the slain American man." In Gaza, death sentences are carried out by hanging, just like in Japan, Israel, and Delaware.
