The way I'm being totally spanked in the other 2 makes me feel like I have no idea what I'm doing and only did well in the first game due to the lucky drop and first roll.

If I'm reading correctly... SOC Students are the only ones that have to meet certain criteria to join?

So does the being a minimum rank of Sgt apply only to SOC students?

It sounds like a new recruit can waltz in and join without ever playing 1 game.

Why is that?...
