It depends if you speak of monthly leader or most improved.
Monthly leader is totally possible starting from any rank.
And I don't think he is thinking of taking the most improved.
Note that he never was monthly leader yet, only most improved.

because I have started to invite players from every country starting from A-z.
I have currently reached players from spain.
And if I remember correctly I have invited you too. And I gave fair chance to all players. I have been playing with players after they understood this map.
I can make public games too but that way I will not be able to control my game count.
