very rare do i see a noob playing waterloo and arms race on their first set of games. so i joined two. pretty sure this is not his first rodeo.

i dont give a f*ck, anyone that wins their first game against a major on waterloo whom of which has played waterloo 48 times has some fucking explaining to do. that is all im saying.

If a multi, he could've previously had a permabanned account and been allowed to return. That is the only explanation I can see for all these blatant cases being cleared.

should we not be alerted of that? if he was permabanned, why not allow him to come back as the same person. i dont like this at all.
