To who is addressed this "suck it up, cupcake", the OP ? Because I really don't see why you're saying that to him here. He isn't complaining about anything, so I don't see how he could "suck it up". He is merely asking information about smthg he apparently never encountered before.owenshooter wrote:not against the rules. not in the rules. suck it up, cupcake.-Jésus noir

To which you answer "not against the rules. not in the rules." is perfectly correct btw.

the courtesy rule is bullshit clan cry-baby garbage. another thing that is WRONG with what clans have become. if you can't figure out what has happened after the first turn, cry me a river, seriously. it is not a strategy, it is someone eager to get a game going...-Jésus noirwaauw wrote:I never mention it, unless it's a clanwar or the person himself asks me to adhere to the 12h fog rule. Seems like the best way to avoid any animosity(bad ratings) at the start of the game. It really isn't worth bickering about. Any decent player can win games despite this courtesy-rule, so it's hardly a tragedy.

excuse me? when did this M F'er start making so much damn sense?!!! i think i'm in love with Bernie!!! the black jesus is a convert!!!-Jésus noirBernie Sanders wrote:Not sure what the big deal is about the exchange of intel to other players? All fair in LOVE and WAR. Unless written in the Geneva Convention.

I agree with both of you. I have had people get pissed (only a couple) that i moved before 12 hours in a 1v1 game. Yea, im not waiting 12 hours to start arms race lol.owenshooter wrote:the courtesy rule is bullshit clan cry-baby garbage. another thing that is WRONG with what clans have become. if you can't figure out what has happened after the first turn, cry me a river, seriously. it is not a strategy, it is someone eager to get a game going...-Jésus noirwaauw wrote:I never mention it, unless it's a clanwar or the person himself asks me to adhere to the 12h fog rule. ----As for player to player etiquette...I see these written but ignored. Most likely ignored by those 12hr people(cry babies).
----1)Do not purposefully delay your game.
----2)Never purposefully miss your turns to receive an army bonus.
----3)Give advanced warning if you are going to miss turns.
----I WOULDN'T WORRY ABOUT RULES OR UNWRITTEN RULES ANYWAY...God knows the High Command doesn't. They make them and break ,bend ,twist, rewrite them when it suits their purposes....

You do not get extra deployment when you miss a turn. You get the deployment of your turn plus a deployment for the miss turn, which is either same or less that you would have received if you had played the turn you miss.Bernie Sanders wrote: Isn't that part of the strategy that some players use? I played a couple of games where it seems that, they were missing turns on purpose for extra army deployments. It's legal, I guess, but it delays the game and I'm sure frustrates other players.
